ScanLynx Technologies Inc., Teams up with EPAC

ScanLynx Technologies Inc., a leading provider of custom software solutions for PDT's, (Portable Data Terminal), has joined forces with EPAC Software Technologies, a leading provider of CMMS, (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), to create eLYNX. Quite simple, eLYNX is a mobile extension of EPAC's CMMS software. Powered by either Windows CE or Palm OS, the PDA's allow automated collection of:

• Inventory Receipts and Issues
• Cycle Counting and Physical Counts
• Work Orders
• Inspections
• Fixed Asset Management

eLYNX allows flexible transmission of data from the portable handheld computers back to the host system via RF (wireless / real time) or via direct serial connection.
