Miami Dade County Contract ScanLynx Technologies, Inc.

Miami Dade County Schools, based in Miami, Florida hired ScanLynx Technologies, Inc. to implement student-tracking program by using Symbol PPT2700 scanners and a customized version of the InventoryLynx package. They are now able to track the attendance of students or teachers that attend classes or seminars, by scanning the location of the class or seminar, then scanning the student or teachers ID badge. One PPT2700 with PocketPC can be used to track multiple locations and as many attendees as needed.
